06.12.2025Linda It was easy to buy the shoes but when it comes to problem, everything has to done thru the customer experience line which is always busy. I was kept waiting on line for 10mins. Still not able to call thru. I bought a shoes in Reading store on Thurs to delivered on Friday to St Ermin hotel in London. I didn't receive the parcel till Saturday noon. I am leaving London on Sunday morning. No one can help me to speed up the delivery. So disappointing with such service.
