29.11.2025Jaimie kostyszyn Terrible terrible Terrible. 3 orders in a row cancelled and gift cards not refunded and rewards points taken and not reimbursed. 3 orders in 3 months same issue every time - should have looked at the true reviews on trust pilot as they’re correct. Customer service terrible
29.11.2025LisaOrdered trainers online. Store was really busy and I waited a while for my order. On arrival home I noticed they had given me the wrong size (3 instead of a 4). I rang the store to ask if they could put a size 4 on one side for me so I could come back in to Manchester tomorrow. The salesperson said no I would have to ring customer services for them to arrange this. I asked if they were open and she said yes .. and they weren't.
It's not easy to get into Manchester and this was a special journey to pick them up. I have now had to re-order and pay for another pair to ensure they will have them in stock. I don't think putting a pair on one side in the store was too much to ask to be honest
Pretty disappointed with this experience. Even the live chat is closed!
