23.11.2025Val HancockOn my android mobile I was blocked from opening Schuh whichever browser I used. On my laptop it kept telling me I had used all my login attempts and even when I reset my password the same error occured. I tried setting up from a new email address but that didnt work either. I then finally got to the checkout page and I used google pay I still encountered an error when loading and it kept hanging. After waiting 15 minutes I tried again and the payment finally went through yey. Not a good experience this time with Schuh and can you explain why I get 'sorry you have been blocked' with a big red cross from my mobile?
